ELECTRONIC WORKS ORDERED BY TOPIC SIZE

This gives a better sense of my recent reading pattern, since I've been collecting more e-books and e-zines in recent years than print books and magazines - though certain image-intensive categories, such as Travel and Art History, are so much easier to peruse in print form that I don't bother to collect them in e-book form. I haven't listed categories with less than ten electronic works.

Fiction: 1002 e-books (includes short fiction) + 20 e-zines = 1022.

Leather: 176 e-books + 226 e-zines = 402.

Lest it sound as though I'm rich, I hastily add that virtually all of the e-books I got for free (hurrah for online writers, public domain e-text archives, and Bookshare.org), while most of the print books were either library cast-offs or were bought for cheap - we're talking five cents per paperback - at the now-sadly-demised local used bookstore or at the still-happily-alive annual PTA booksale.

But still. That's a lot of books.
