Love in Dark Settings

Thank you so much for posting, Red Rose. I posted my last entry in a rather negative manner, I'm afraid (due to lack of sleep). What I was trying to say was more like Thomas Aquinas's comment toward the end of his life: "I have seen things which make all my writings like straw."

In my case, the "straw" wasn't my writings, but the trivial activities I was using to fill my days. I'm hoping that I'll be more inclined to focus on important things in the future (though I went through this discovery once before, when I became partially sighted, and I didn't learn my lesson then).
