ONLINE FICTION: Twenty Thousand Gold Stars (Master/Other)

White Rose has lived a double life for too long. For too many years, he has struggled alone to determine how he should handle an ethical dilemma he never wanted to face. Now, finally, he has found help online. But is it the right help?

Parental supervision is strongly suggested for this story.

It was a foundation of his life that he must tell no one. The first signs that this foundation would be shattered came on a windy day at the end of February, as he sat in a room lit only by the bright colors glowing from his computer screen.

"used the acronym CBLF instead of CBF"

Yes, when they moved to a new domain a few years back, the CBF domains were already taken, so they chose a CBLF domain instead.

"i was disappointed to find that i couldn't find anything that seemed like Crossroads..."

Crossroads just shut down in the past year, after going for eight years. My portrayal of Crossroads in the novel was actually a crossover between that real-life forum and its real-life predecessor, Close Encounters. Both forums were run by the same organization and had the same mission, but Close Encounters was where the politer conversations took place. :)

Thank you so much for your kind comments about the novel. I'm glad you enjoyed reading it.
